For practices outside this area, our telemedicine service and tailored education programmes allow us to support veterinary teams worldwide. This blended model ensures that advanced specialist expertise is accessible wherever it is needed, without the costs associated with full-time referral services.

Practices contact us directly, and we schedule either an on-site visit or an online consultation. All communication stays transparent so vets and pet owners know what to expect at every stage.

Referring a case is simple. You can use our online referral form, send details by email, or contact us via WhatsApp. Once we receive the information, our team reviews the case and confirms the next steps with you.

Invoices are issued directly to the practice after the service. We accept standard electronic payment methods, including bank transfer. Pricing is always clear upfront, with no hidden extras.
